At PepHeadz, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. However, in certain situations and at our sole discretion, we may choose to issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Store credit may be considered in situations such as: - Items arriving damaged during shipping - Incorrect items received - Verified order fulfillment errors on our part To request review for store credit consideration, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide: - Order number - Description of the issue - Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable) PepHeadz reserves the right to: - Approve or deny any store credit request - Request additional documentation before making a decision - Limit the amount of store credit issued Shipping costs are non-refundable.
