PepHeadz Shipping & Handling Policy

 

At PepHeadz, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped through USPS. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and USPS service conditions.

 

Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.

 

Shipping Delays

PepHeadz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by: 

  • USPS carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons

 

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, PepHeadz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact USPS directly to file a claim if needed.

 

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review the situation.
